Welcome to the Penwith Housing Association (PHA) website! PHA manages over 8000 rented homes across Cornwall*. We support our communities by providing affordable housing; working closely with residents, councils and funding agencies to make a difference to homes, places and lives. We are part of the Devon & Cornwall Housing group, which manages 18,600 properties throughout Cornwall and Devon.

MP joins DCH for naming of multimillion pound housing development
At a time where more and more would-be first-time buyers are frustrated by high house prices and deposit requirements DCH teamed up with the National Housing Federation for Shared Ownership Week (18 to 24 March) to highlight the benefits of shared ownership with the naming of their multimillion pound scheme at Polmennor Drive on Friday 22 March.

St Stephen celebration
New homes and further investment for Cornwall celebrated
Residents came together with members of DCH and their partners including Cornwall Council, on site at St Stephen to celebrate their affordable housing scheme as well as a new spearheading agreement with Cornwall Council which will see DCH deliver 500 affordable homes over the next four years.
